Portfolio project showcases an innovative approach to enhancing e-commerce experiences by integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI). Moving beyond the conventional AI chat interfaces, this design integrates AI directly into the online store to boost sales, with a special focus on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
The primary challenge was to simplify the buying process while aligning with existing user habits. The goal was not to overhaul the standard e-commerce workflow but to enhance it with more personalized and detailed product presentations. Traditional AI chatbots have often been met with user resistance due to their artificiality, limited result scope, and failure to meet user expectations. This project addresses these issues by creating an AI-integrated product search that prioritizes features users care about, delivering a personalized touch, and executing cross-selling and upselling in a more seamless and effective manner.
My approach focuses on streamlining processes and aligning them with users' existing purchasing habits. We aim to add value to both customers and merchants without reinventing the standard shopping experience. The design emphasizes an authentic feel over the artificiality of typical chatbots or AI prompts, thereby enhancing user requirements, connectivity, and trust.
This feature transforms the traditional chatbot into an AI-driven product search tool. It leverages machine learning, integrated with third-party GPT technology, and is trained across the full spectrum of product inventory. This approach empowers users to make informed choices without feeling pressured, ensuring a user-centric shopping experience.
This component offers a responsive design adaptable to various resolutions for both web and mobile. The design process emphasized rapid iteration for web components, with minimal adjustments required for mobile adaptation.
The branding strategy for this product is rooted in elegance and minimalism, aimed at elevating its perceived quality. The logo, typography, color scheme, and design elements are crafted to evoke a natural and sophisticated feel.
